Politics of Cancellation:
In order to cancel your reservation it is necessary to call 48 hours before the date of entry (except during Carnaval and Holy Week and group reservations speak with the reception desk.. In case of cancelation or no-show, within 48 hours of time of entry, the guest will be penalized with the price of one nights stay.
